It is important to make sure that the date for your students' birth dates is in the correct format when uploading your list.

The date format you should be using is DD/MM/YYYY, so the traditional UK format (ie: 27/04/2022).

You may find your spreadsheet automatically changes their date of birth to a US format (MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD) which our platform won't recognise. Please get in touch with us at hello@zerogravity.co.uk if you need a hand with anything.
