What date format should I use when adding students?

It is important to make sure that the date for your students' birth dates is in the correct format when uploading your list.

The date format you should be using is DD/MM/YYYY, so the traditional UK format (ie: 27/04/2024).

You may find your spreadsheet automatically changes their date of birth to a US format (MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD) which our platform won't recognise. Please get in touch with us at alex@zerogravity.co.uk if you need a hand with anything.
