I need help joining a call

We've drawn up a few useful steps if you're experiencing issues when joining your 1-1 mentoring call:

  • Make sure your connection is on point. It sounds simple, but sneaky wi-fi/data issues happen to the best of us. Our platform will let you know if your connection is unstable.

  • Clear those cookies. The next step would be to clear those browser cookies. This option can usually be found under "History" settings where you have the option to clear your browser cache.

  • Change up those devices. As a final resort we recommend trying to join on another device to compare results. Google Chrome on a computer is our go-to for prime-time results.
