There are a few reasons why your school might not appear during your profile completion. Here are the two common ones:
Make sure that you are spelling it correctly first before reading on. Sounds simple but it's easily done.
You studied abroad. Make sure you've toggled "No" when we ask if you study in the UK so that you can enter this manually.
