How does it work?
A match happens when you request a mentor, and they accept. You can message each other and book video calls to work on a goal together.
A connection is what you keep after the match ends. You can still message your mentor whenever you need advice or encouragement, but you won't book calls.
Matches are focused and goal-driven. Connections are open and lasting.
You’ll only ever have one active match at a time — but you can build as many connections as you like.
When does a match become a connection?
A match turns into a connection when:
You’ve reached your goal and naturally move on.
You or your mentor decide it’s time to wrap up the active mentoring.
You upgrade your membership from a university student to a professional
Over time, your connections become your personal network: people who know you, who've supported you, and who can open doors when you need them most.
