Your safety and well-being are more important than anything else. For you and your mentor to thrive, it’s important you both feel safe and comfortable.

That's why if you ever feel something isn’t right, we have a report process in place to support you. We have a dedicated member of the team who will get back to you within the next working day.

To make sure you and your mentor get the most out of your mentoring, it's also super important that all communication remains on the Zero Gravity platform and that no personal info (full name, contact details or address) is shared under any circumstances.
